I'm a nice guy, I swear.

The original reason I created a blog was to keep people updated on where I'm at. That encompasses everything to what I'm doing in life to how I'm feeling, but mostly what I'm doing. I like to rant and rave every now and then about things that are frustrating me (which falls under the "Feeling" category), but since I'm just about done with school, that'll probably be less frequent.

I wanted to keep people updated with a program that I'm participating in over the summer, hence the title of my blog, which is sounding more and more arrogant the more I read it.

For a brief update on my life right now, I have almost completely graduated from Fresno State. I just need to complete a short internship through the first half of July and I can finally receive my bachelor degree in Mass Communication. The only problem is, I don't know what I want to do with that degree.

So I applied for the Disney College Program.

And I was accepted. So once August rolls around, I'll be packing up and moving to Orlando, Florida.

That's my plan from August to January. For 5 months I'm going to be living and working at Disney World. My acceptance packet says that I'm in Main Entrance Operations, but I'm still not sure what I'll be doing exactly. I'll find that out once I arrive.

While I'm there I'm going to attempt to keep you all as updated as possible. I have a facebook and a twitter for those of you who want even more frequent updates. My (fraternity) brother Lourin and I are also going to attempt to produce a weekly podcast as well. So keep your eyes peeled for Mousekeeping with Lourin and Kevin, soon to be available for free subscription on iTunes everywhere this August.

Another update I'm excited about is my living situation in D-World. I'll be living in an apartment provided by Disney. Each unit is 1-4 bedrooms, fully furnished. All I need to bring are clothes and a tooth brush. There will be 2 people per room, so I get to have a room mate. Luckily, Lourin and I were able to request each other as room mates. So we're officially roomies. That's good news for the podcast.
